| The Porcelain Gallery makes every effort to complete your order correctly. In the event that we make a mistake, we will try to do whatever is necessary to see that you are satisfied with your purchase.
On non-sale, non-special order purchases or gifts, we offer a 15 day exchange or store credit. Receipt must be presented at the time of the return on all non-gifted items. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on certain items.
Returns or exchanges which need to be shipped back to us must have a return authorization number, which can be obtained from the gallery. Items sent back without a return authorization will not be accepted and this will void the exchange or return.
Items purchased at a discount and/or special order items are not available for exchange or store credit.
